Community support paves the way forward to future excellence. As the needs of the Lois Hole Hospital for Women continue to evolve and grow so, too, does our commitment to ensure it has everything it requires to deliver compassionate care and innovative treatments to all patients: our mothers, our sisters, our daughters, our friends, and our selves.
We value our community & volunteerism, education & learning, and promoting the positive face of women’s health in Alberta.
We empower our members to become ambassadors and to build strong relationships that transform women’s health through the programs and initiatives at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women.
The Women’s Society supports excellence in patient care at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women by fostering and celebrating our culture of philanthropy.
The Lois Hole Hospital Women's Society respectfully acknowledges that we are on the traditional lands referred to as Treaty 6 Territory, and that the City of Edmonton and all the people here are beneficiaries of this peace and friendship treaty. Treaty 6 encompasses the traditional territories of numerous western Canada First Nations such as the Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Metis, Dene and Nakota Sioux. We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Metis and Inuit people who have called this area home since time immemorial.
